To cancel your subscription, please make sure your are logged in your account.
Please go to the MyAccount section
Go to Active Subscriptions and you will see the cancel button.
When you click this, it will then ask for the reason to cancel (you do not need to enter any in depth reason here)
Click FINISH CANCELLATION
Then check your ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS, this will tell you when it cancels from the account, at this point of cancelling, no further payments will be taken from your account
* please note you cannot cancel any match passes from your account, you would need to contact the support team to do this.
